Companies operating in the airline sector
From 30 June to 31 December 2021, companies operating in the airline sector are allowed to apply for the six-month extension of Cassa Integrazione Guadagni Straordinaria (state - funded income - support measure) subject to an agreement with the Labour Ministry.
2007 Ateco Coding 13, 14 and 15
From 1 July to 31 October 2021 the companies:
- operating in the textile industry;
- manufacturing wearing apparel and leather and fur goods;
- manufacturing leather goods and similar goods
Shall be eligible to benefit from 17 weeks of state-funded income-support measures without paying any additional contribution.
The above companies shall be subject to the extension of the prohibition to dismiss, except if:
1. They have implemented a collective dismissal procedure following the change of contract where the staff involved in the dismissal is re-employed by the new contractor;
2. The collective dismissal is due to:
- definitive cessation of business;
- definitive cessation of business as a result of the company going into liquidation without continuation, including partial continuation, of the business;
- collective company agreement;
- bankruptcy.
